Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
WELCOME
Many of us try to change our thoughts and behaviors over and over, but we keep getting stuck. Our brains and bodies have spent a lifetime doing things a certain way, so making change takes time!
If you’re reading this, you should be proud of taking the first, challenging step of seeking therapy. You already bring into the counseling room years of experience, resilience, and intimate knowledge of yourself.
I value creating a safe space where we can discuss what you want therapy to look like, what goals you hope to achieve, and develop a plan to help you reach them.
Populations I work with:
Adults, older adults
Teens (12+)
Presenting concerns I work with:
Trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD
Anxiety and perfectionism
Depression
Grief
Dissociation
Attachment issues
Relational stressors
Life transitions
My Approach (click here for more)
I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help people process trauma and get “unstuck” from negative beliefs. I enjoy helping clients understand how their nervous system is related to mental health through somatic work and polyvagal theory. Other modalities we can explore include parts work (IFS), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and attachment-informed therapy.
My Background
I completed my Master’s in Clinical-Counseling Psychology at Illinois State University in 2020. I earned my LCPC in 2023. I worked with a wide variety of presenting concerns in community mental health and child welfare at the Center for Youth and Family Solutions since 2019, including time in the role of clinical supervisor, until I transitioned into private practice in 2025.

It would truly be an honor to get to hear your story and walk alongside you on your healing journey. I strive to create a comfortable space where all parts of you feel welcome and accepted. If you feel ready, I would be excited to hear from you.
